Coaching for the places where life feels tangled

Sometimes the challenge is practical. Sometimes it’s emotional. Often, it’s both.

Integrative coaching gives us room to look at the fuller picture, understand what’s asking for your attention, and focus on what would be most helpful.

Perhaps something feels harder than it should

You may be:
•   Carrying too many responsibilities, decisions, or competing priorities
•   Circling the same question without reaching a satisfying answer
•   Struggling to follow through on something that matters
•   Feeling disconnected from your values, preferences, or sense of direction

You do not need to fit neatly into one category.
We begin with what feels most important to you right now.

Your whole life is welcome here

Integrative coaching recognizes that your thoughts, emotions, habits, responsibilities, relationships, environment, energy, and personal values influence one another.

Rather than treating every challenge as a mindset problem, or every struggle as a failure, we remain curious about the larger picture.

Depending on what you’re navigating, our work may draw from life coaching, mindfulness practices, productivity systems, values exploration, planning, creative reflection, or a thoughtful combination of these.

Life Coaching
Life coaching creates space to explore what matters, understand what feels out of alignment, and consider what you want to move toward.

Our work may include clarifying values, navigating a decision, examining assumptions, exploring possibilities, or identifying a next step that feels genuinely yours.

Mindfulness
Mindfulness helps you notice what is happening without immediately judging, fixing, or reacting to it.

We may use simple awareness, reflection, breathing, or grounding practices to help settle the internal noise and create more room for choice.

Productivity
Productivity is not about doing more.

It’s about creating practical conditions that help you follow through on what matters.

We may explore priorities, commitments, routines, information, planning, boundaries, or personal systems, all in service of a life that feels more workable and aligned.

You are not a problem to be solved

I will never presume that I know your life better than you do.

My role is to listen deeply, ask questions that may help you see things differently, and notice connections that may be difficult to see from inside the situation.

I may challenge an assumption, invite you to slow down, help you clarify a goal, or support you in translating an insight into action.

But the direction remains yours.

The goal is not for you to seek my guidance or answers; it’s for you to hear and trust yourself more clearly.
Kathy creates a safe, nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. The coaching process is both challenging and uplifting, enabling clients to develop lasting confidence, embrace new opportunities, and become the best version of themselves.

Personalized support, not a predetermined formula

No two clients, and no two coaching conversations, are exactly alike.

Depending on your needs, our work may include:
•   Deep listening and reflective inquiry
•   Clarifying values and priorities
•   Exploring decisions or competing possibilities
•   Recognizing patterns that contribute to overwhelm
•   Mindfulness and grounding practices
•   Planning and goal development
•   Gentle accountability and follow-through

We use only the approaches that feel relevant and supportive.

A different relationship with your life

Coaching does not promise a life without uncertainty, difficult decisions, or competing demands.

It can help you develop a steadier way of meeting them.

Our work may help you experience:
  • Clarity about what matters most
  • A stronger connection to your values and inner wisdom
  • More confidence in your decisions
  • The ability to recognize your own voice amid the noise around you
  • Greater self-trust and resilience
Kathy helped me untangle my chaotic thoughts, gain fresh perspective on my situation, and approach this life change with a calm confidence I’d never experienced before.

A note about coaching and therapy

Coaching and therapy can both provide meaningful support, but they serve different purposes.

Coaching generally focuses on your present experience, what matters to you, and how you want to move forward. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or emergency support.

Some people work with a therapist and a coach at the same time.

If your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, I will encourage you to seek the most appropriate support.
