About Kathy
Please, allow me to introduce myself. I'm Kathy Muzik, the Founder of New Path Productivity®, LLC. I have not always been an organized and productive person. My Mother can surely speak to the mess I kept in my bedroom for many years. But when I started college, I worked full time, went to school full time, and tried to maintain a social life. I had to get organized and be as productive as possible!
Ultimately, I achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Organizational Management, with minors in Psychology and Business Administration. A short time later, I received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management & Organizational Behavior. My career in Human Resources, now spanning more than 30 years, has afforded me a unique opportunity to interact daily with executive leadership and employees. Through these interactions, I've learned (and helped each group manage) frustrations, motivations, and perceptions. This knowledge and experience positions me well to assist you and your organization.
Throughout college and my HR career, people frequently said, "You are so organized!" or asked, "How do you get so much done?" and "How do you find things so quickly?" I tried to help others where I could. Often, I was told I should go into teaching because of the patience shown when I provided assistance. Hearing these comments so frequently made me realize an organized workspace and peak productivity do not come naturally to so many of us.
My own journey to organization and productivity was a path of self-discovery and hard work. New Path Productivity® was founded to help others travel their own path more easily. Comprehensive training through Productive Environment Institute has earned me credentials as a Certified Productive Environment Specialist (CPES) Masters, and the great honor to be mentored by Barbara Hemphill, a productivity icon and pioneer in the organizing industry. Along the way, I've been fortunate to have a supportive husband and the ability to maintain my career as an HR professional.
Like you, I have spun many plates, run on the task treadmill, worked for and achieved many goals. I'm no stranger to overwhelm, stress, and burnout. At one point, when I felt exhausted all the time, I found myself managing an unexpected health diagnosis. As a Productivity Coach and Speaker, I share my unique experiences and talents to help others achieve their goals, both personally and for their business.
No one should ever pass judgment about you, your goals, or your current situation. I will demonstrate empathy and understanding because my number one priority is helping you find your own path. Productivity is not one-size-fits-all, so we will work together to reduce your stress and overwhelm in a way that works for you. I'll help you reclaim your time, so you can enjoy your life without sacrificing the needs of your business.

As a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO), I pledge to exercise judgment, self-restraint, and conscience in my conduct in order to establish and maintain public confidence in the integrity of NAPO members and to preserve and encourage fair and equitable practices among all who are engaged in the professions of productivity and organizing.
