Steps 1 - 9 (Assess - Systemize) may be discussed as standalone topics during Coaching
1 ASSESS We will review your productivity score and set a specific goal for our work together. This will provide us with a benchmark. We’ll take inventory of your existing resources and create a game plan for your Office Transformation™.
2 EQUIP You’ll learn the 6 Key Office Tools that every productive office must have. I’ll share exactly what I personally use and recommend to clients all over the world. You most likely have some of the 6 Tools already. We’ll simply fill in what’s missing and set up your system for success.
3 TRIAGE It’s time for what we call The First Sort. You will learn the 3 initial decisions you must make about any piece of paper that is currently in your office, and any that come into your office in the future. Barbara Hemphill says “Clutter is Postponed Decisions®.” You'll learn and implement a decision-making process that will help you quickly take control of all the information in your office. (This works for email too!)
4 ACT We'll identify what you need to take Action on, such as individual contacts you may need to follow up with, or even big projects you’re currently working on. We’ll create a System that allows you to stay on top of your To Do List without wasting time looking for important information.
5 FILE This is the best part! You will learn a proprietary system for filing paper and information so that you can FIND it again. It is called the Productive Environment Finding System™. What good is a filing system if you can’t FIND what you need when you need it? This system is not taught by mainstream Professional Organizers. It’s unique, and it works!
6 PROCESS We will work together to take control of your email and electronic information--again so you can find what you need when you need it, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
7 PLAN Once your new systems are in place, we'll dive deeper into planning, prioritizing, and project management so you are truly able to focus on the most important tasks that move your company forward.
8 CONNECT Next, we'll address your existing systems for establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, vendors, and employees. We'll determine if there is room for improvement and ensure that those improvements fit seamlessly with your new workflow.
9 SYSTEMIZE Last but not least, we will help you create habits and routines so you can sustain your success! Putting new systems in place is great, but maintaining and improving those systems is life changing!
